Manage Users with Sage HR Rights

Sage 50 users can either sync an employee record with Sage HR, upload payslips to Sage HR, or both. 1

Note: Sage 50 users with full accounting rights automatically can manage Sage HR settings, sync employee records, and upload payslips.

To give users Sage HR rights

  1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Set Up Users & Roles.
  2. On the Users tab, click Add User.

    Note: If you have already added the user, you can select Modify User and choose their Sage HR options.

  3. Under Sage HR, select the check box by the option you want for the user: Manage synced records or Publish payslips. You can select both.
  4. Click OK to close window.
  5. Click Close.
