Manage Delivery Settings for Payslips

During the initial setup, you can select a delivery setting for online payslips.1 This setting determines how and when payslips are uploaded to Sage HR and when they are revealed to employees.

Delivery Options

For uploading payslips, you have three options:

  • Automatically upload payslips right after processing paycheques.
  • Automatically upload payslips and make available on the paycheque date.
  • Manually upload payslips and set an available date.

Tip: The first option is recommended because there is no guesswork or manual intervention involved. You process the payroll. Payslips are uploaded to Sage HR and made available to employees right away.

To modify delivery settings after setup:

  1. In the Home window, click Employees & Payroll on the navigation pane.

    Note: You can access this service on the Apps & Services tab of the navigation pane.

  2. Click the Employees icon and select Manage Delivery Settings.
  3. Select a delivery setting.
