Modify the Serial Numbers Report

To modify the Serial Numbers report:

1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Inventory & Services and then Inventory Serial Numbers. Click Modify this report.
2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
3. (Optional) In the Select From section, select the way you want to organize items in the selection list:
   • Inventory by Asset. The selection list is organized by the items' asset accounts.
   • Inventory by Item. The selection list is organized by item number.
   • Inventory by Category. The selection list is organized by the categories with which the items are associated. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
4. (Optional) Select Include inactive items.
5. Select the items you want to appear in the report. Click Select All to report on everything in the list.
6. Select the Start and Finish dates for the report.
7. (Optional) Select the Show serial numbers that are Available check box to only include serial numbers with an Available status.
8. (Optional) Customize the:
   • Columns that appear in the report
   • How your report is sorted
   • Results using filters
   • Printer settings for the report
   • Fonts in the report
9. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
10. Click OK to display the report.
