Change Your Backup Reminder
Select when to display a reminder to back
up your company file:
Session date changes
- In the Home window,
on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
- Open Company
and select Backup.
- Select the Display a backup reminder when session date changes
option and select a frequency from the list. If you select Other
from the frequency list, enter the number of days as the frequency.
- Click OK.
Company file closes
- In the Home window,
on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
- Open Company
and select Backups.
- Select the Display a backup reminder when closing this company
option.
- Click OK.
