Adjust Print Alignment for Payroll and Government Forms
You can only adjust the alignment on pre-printed forms.

Load pre-printed forms into your printer.
To adjust the print alignment for:
T4 slips
- In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
- Under Government Forms, click Federal Payroll.
- Under the T4 Slips Printer Settings section, in the Form Type box, select the pre-printed form you're adjusting.
- Make one or more of following type of alignment changes:
- Font. From the lists, you can select a different font style or font size
- Top Margin. Type a number in the box.
- Left Margin. Type a number in the box.
- Click OK.
T4 Summary form
- In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
- Under Government Forms, click Federal Payroll.
- Under the T4 Summary Printer Settings section, in the Form Type box, select the pre-printed form you're adjusting.
- Make one or more of following type of alignment changes:
- Font. From the lists, you can select a different font style or font size
- Top Margin. Type a number in the box.
- Left Margin. Type a number in the box.
- Click OK.
A Record of Employment
- In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
- Under Government Forms, click Federal Payroll.
- Make one or more of following type of alignment changes:
- Top Margin. Type a number in the box.
- Left Margin. Type a number in the box.
- Click OK.
