Modify a Project Budget by Period Report
Select the Project Budget by Period report you want to modify:
Project Budget by Period Summary
- In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Projects and then Project Budget by Period Summary. Click Modify this report.
- (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
- (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
- Select the projects you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
- (Optional) Customize the:
- (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
- Click OK to display the report.
Project Budget by Period Detail
- In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Projects and then Project Budget Detail. Click Modify this report.
- (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
- Select either Current year or Previous year.
- Enter Start and Finish periods for the report.
- (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
- Select the projects you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
- (Optional) Select Include grand total for all selected projects to report the total net income of the selected projects.
- (optional) Customize the:
- (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
- Click OK to display the report.
