Turn On or Off Reminders to Update a Foreign Currency

To set up a reminder to update a foreign currency:

1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
2. On the left side of the window, click Company, then Currency.
3. Click Exchange Rate, select Display a reminder if the exchange rate is, and then select a period of time from the list.
4. To close the Exchange Rate window, click OK.
5. Click OK.
