Send an Email Message to a Customer

  1. From the Maintain menu, select Customers/Prospects. Sage 50 displays the Maintain Customers/Prospects window.
  2. Enter or select the customer ID to whom you want to send the message. To display a list of existing customers, type ? in the Customer ID field, or select the drop-down arrow.
  3. If you have not already done so, enter the customer's email address on the General tab.
  4. Click the Email button to the right of the Email field. Your default email program will start with this address applied in a new message.
