Review a Customer's Status

To review a customer's status from the Maintain Customers/Prospects window:

  1. From the Maintain menu, select Customers/Prospects. Sage 50 displays the Maintain Customers/Prospects window.
  2. Enter or select the ID of the customer record you want to view.
  3. To compare the customer's balance to his or her credit line, you can compare the current balance on the General tab with the credit limit on the Payment & Credit tab. If you click the balance shown on the General tab, Sage 50 displays a balance forward and the transactions for the current accounting period.
  4. To see the customer's history, select the History tab.
  5. If you want to see historical information about the customer, you can display or print the Customer Ledger report from the Reports menu.
