Copy a Purchase

Sage 50 allows you to create a new purchase by copying an existing one.

To copy a purchase from the Purchases screen:

  1. Go to Tasks>Purchase/Receive Inventory.
  2. Click the List button.
  3. Open the purchase you want to copy.
  4. Click the Copy button.
  5. The new purchase appears on the screen.
  6. Add or edit the information on the purchase as necessary.
  7. Click Save.
