You can set up a Generic/Text-Only Printer Driver if you want to print to a file, but we recommend that you just use the option to generate a report as a PDF instead. To do this, simply display a report and click Send To, then PDF, and follow the directions.
If you want to create the Generic/Text-Only Printer, use the Add Printer feature in Windows.
