From the Reports & Forms menu, select the type of report (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Statements, and so on) or form you want to design.
Sage 50 displays the Select a Report or Form window with the reports or forms of the type you selected shown.
There are several report and form types. You can switch among them at any time in this window. Selecting a new report or form type displays a different list of reports or forms.
From the report or form list, select the report, form, or financial statement you want to design.
Note: Forms are listed on the Forms tab of the Select a Report or Form window. Reports and Financial Statements are listed on the Reports tab of the Select a Report or Form window.
For Reports: Double-click the report to display it on the screen. How do I design a report?
For Forms: After selecting the form, select the Customize button located below the sample report or form image on the Select a Report or Form window. Sage 50 displays the Forms Design window. How do I design a form?
The Customize option and most other options from the toolbar are also available in a right-click pop-up menu.
Note: You can design a report or financial statement while it is displayed on the screen. You can design forms in certain task windows (for example: Sales/Invoicing, Payments, and Receipts) by selecting Print, then Form Design.
