While in the report design mode, you can select the right mouse button in the report header, column header, or body of the report to display menus that allow you to quickly access features found on the filter.
These are the choices you may see:
Filters: Sage 50 displays the Options window.
Columns: Sage 50 displays the Columns window.
Fonts: Sage 50 offers a choice:
- Edit All: Select this to change fonts in the entire report. Sage 50 displays the Fonts window.
- Edit Section: Select this to change fonts only in the section of the report where you've made the mouse click. Sage 50 displays the Font window.
Show Report Header: If the header at the top of the report (company name, title, and so on) is showing, this will hide it. To display the header again, right click; then reselect Show Report Header.
Show Column Header: This is the title at the top of the column. This appears only in the column header and body text areas. To turn the column header back on, select the column from the body text area; right click; and then reselect Show Column Header.
