Account Register (Report)

How do I

The Account Register lists your transactions for the selected account by check, deposit, or other bank transaction, or all, as well as by the transaction clear status.

Options

Select the Options button--either from the Select a Report window or the displayed report-- to determine the data criteria for the reports you want to see or print. For this report Sage 50 offers the following unique options:

  • Cleared Status: You can elect to see all transactions or only those which have cleared or not cleared.
  • Transaction Type: Have the report list checks, deposits, other transactions, or all types.
  • GL Account ID: Select the G/L Account for which you would like to see the bank account information.

Columns

Select the Columns link to choose which data fields to include and where the columns break on your report. Tell me more about choosing report fields.

Fonts

Select the Fonts link to set the font styles for the heading and body of the report. You can also have the titles of the report show special codes, such as the current period, today's date, an as-of date, and the company name. Tell me more about formatting reports.
