Print a Job Estimate

To print an estimate for a job, you need to:

  1. From the Reports & Forms menu, select Jobs. Sage 50 displays the Select a Report or Form window.
  2. From the Job Reports list, double-click the Job Estimate Report. This report provides a summary, while the Estimated Job Expenses and Estimated Job Revenues reports provide detail. Sage 50 displays the Filter tab.
  3. In the Type column beside Customer ID, select Range from the drop-down list box.
  4. In the From and To fields, use the lookup button to select the range of customers you want to include for printing this report.
  5. Select OK. Sage 50 displays the report on the screen. You can make other changes to it if you want.
  6. To print the report, select Print.
