Performance Review Ratings (Employee Defaults)

Use this tab to enter the performance ratings that your company utilizes when reviewing employees.

For example, you may have ratings such as Outstanding, Above Average, Satisfactory, Below Average, and Unsatisfactory. Or you may use numbers or letters to signify your ratings such as 1 for Outstanding or U for Unsatisfactory.

You can enter up to 10 ratings. These ratings can be selected when entering review information on the Performance Reviews window which can be accessed from the Maintain Employees Pay Info tab.
