Available in Sage 50 Premium Accounting and higher.
The Payroll Time Sheet lists time tickets recorded by employees based on a payroll ending date. This report is useful if you are paying employees based on time tickets, and you want to see what your payroll hours will be like before payroll entry. This report displays hours recorded; it does not display payroll field information (tax deductions, and so on).
Options
Click the Options button to determine the data criteria for the reports you want to see or print. For this report Sage 50 displays the following filter options:
- Pay End Date: Enter or select a date that corresponds to the final date of payroll period. Sage 50 will display all time tickets for the employee for the pay period based on the employee's pay frequency. For example, if you entered 3/15/97 as the pay end date and the pay frequency for an employee is bi-weekly, the report will display all the employee time tickets dated from 3/2/97 to 3/15/97.
- Sort: You can only sort this report by employee ID.
- Select a filter: First, select a filter on the left. Then, define the options for that filter on the right. The options differ based on the filter selected. Tell me more about the types of filter options.
