Aged Tickets Report

The Aged Tickets report displays the aging status of time and expense tickets that have not been applied to Sales/Invoicing for one or a range of customers. It lists aged tickets based on the accounts receivable aging brackets set up in Customer Defaults. This report lets you review the unbilled ticket amounts by their age. You can summarize the report by billing status, item, or job/phase to display how the unused billable tickets are aged in each of those categories.

Options

Click the Options button to determine the data criteria for the reports you want to see or print. For this report Sage 50 offers the following unique options:

  • Date: You have three choices: Exact date, This period, and Today. If you select Exact date, you can enter a date in the As of field.
  • Report Order: You can only sort by customer ID.
  • Summarized By: You can summarize report detail by customer ID, completed for ID (employee or vendor), item ID (activity or charge item), billing status, job or phase, or detailed (not summarized).
  • Select a filter: First, select a filter on the left. Then, define the options for that filter on the right. The options differ based on the filter selected. Tell me more about the types of filter options.
