Read the report selection overview

Use this window to define how you want to print the report, financial statement, or form. This window contains the following fields:

  • Default Printer: This option button selects whatever default printer you set up using Printer Setup from the File menu.
  • Specific Printer: This option button allows you to select any printers you have set up for Windows.
  • Orientation: You can choose Portrait, which prints the page vertically, or Landscape, which prints the page horizontally.
  • Paper: You have a variety of sizes to choose from, and two sources—upper tray or manual.
