If you entered estimated revenue for jobs, phases and or cost codes, you can print the Estimated Job Revenue report to provide detailed information on how your estimates compare to the revenues entered. You can run this report anytime during a job, to display your estimated vs. your actual revenue and the difference.
If your data on Active Jobs does not reflect all of your revenues yet, you can filter out Active jobs, and run this report on only the completed jobs.
Options
- Click the Options button to determine the data criteria for the reports you want to see or print. For this report Sage 50 displays the following filter options:
- Dates: You can enter Exact Date, Today, or This Period.
- Sort by: You can sort by job ID or description.
- Select a filter: First, select a filter on the left. Then, define the options for that filter on the right. The options differ based on the filter selected. Tell me more about the types of filter options.
- Include Jobs with Zero Amounts: Select this check box to include those jobs with zero balances.
