You can select to align the form vertically or horizontally. This is useful when you have to print with pre-printed forms.
Note: Alignment changes you make here are saved and will be included whenever you print this form. However, alignment changes are separate from (or in addition to) margin changes. For example, if you shift the alignment one inch to the right, and the left margin of the form was previously set at one inch, the left margin is now, in effect, two inches. But the margin setting in Forms Design still shows one inch, and the Align Form setting still shows one inch.
Adjust objects Up or Down: Specifies the amount in inches to shift type up or down on the form. Enter the amount to shift type up as a negative number. Enter the amount to shift type down as a positive number.
Adjust objects Left or Right: Specifies the amount in inches to shift type left or right on the form. Enter the amount to shift type left as a negative number. Enter the amount to shift type right as a positive number.
Practice: Select this button to send a practice form to the printer.
Note: Any margin changes that you made on the Print Setup tab are not reflected when you print the Practice form.
