Read the job phases setup overview

  1. Click the Jobs navigation aid in the Customers & Sales Navigation Center and select View and Edit Phases.
  2. Select the phase you want to delete and click Open.
  3. Select the Delete button.

    Note: If this phase is being used by a job, you will not be able to delete it. If that is the case, you can make the phase inactive to designate that it shouldn't be used. To do this, select the inactive checkbox and save the phase.

  4. Click Yes on the message asking if you are sure you want to delete the phase.
  5. When you are finished, close the window.
