Manage Users with Sage HR Rights
Sage 50 users can either sync an employee record with Sage HR, upload payslips to Sage HR, or both. 1
To give users Sage HR rights
- From the Maintain menu, select Users, then Set Up Security. Sage 50 displays the User Security window.
- On the User List tab, click New User and define their access.
Note: If you have already added the user, you can select the user in the list and then select Edit User's Rights. Choose their Sage HR options.
- Under Sage HR, select the check box by the option you want for the user: Manage employee access or Upload payslips online. You can select both. Users with full access automatically can perform those functions.
- Click Save and then Save and Close.
