Manage Users with Sage HR Rights

Sage 50 users can either sync an employee record with Sage HR, upload payslips to Sage HR, or both. 1

To give users Sage HR rights

  1. From the Maintain menu, select Users, then Set Up Security. Sage 50 displays the User Security window.
  2. On the User List tab, click New User and define their access.

    Note: If you have already added the user, you can select the user in the list and then select Edit User's Rights. Choose their Sage HR options.

  3. Under Sage HR, select the check box by the option you want for the user: Manage employee access or Upload payslips online. You can select both. Users with full access automatically can perform those functions.
  4. Click Save and then Save and Close.
