WebSync Wizard - Finish
Use the Sage 50 Web Transaction Center to manage synchronized Web transactions in Sage 50
After Sage 50 has completed the synchronization process for the Web resources you have specified, the Finish window of the WebSync wizard appears. It outlines the result of each synchronization process as follows:
This is the total number of new Web transactions encountered by the WebSync wizard that need your attention. These transactions will be added to the Inbox list of the Sage 50 Web Transaction Center. You can preview new web transactions, print web transactions, process (add) selected web transactions to Sage 50, or delete selected web transactions, if necessary.
This is the total number of new transactions encountered by the WebSync wizard that could not be processed (added) to Sage 50. These transactions will be added to the Exceptions list of the Sage 50 Web Transaction Center. You can review unprocessed web transactions so that they can be manually entered in Sage 50 or delete unprocessed web transactions.
This is the total number of new transactions encountered by the WebSync wizard that were processed (added) to Sage 50 successfully. These transactions will be added to the Processed list of the Sage 50 Web Transaction Center.
Below the Web transaction totals is a table that lists the following:
Web Service: This identifies the Web service you selected to synchronize in the WebSync Wizard - Select Serviceswindow.
Sync Result: This identifies the final synchronization status for each Web service listed. Possible results include:
- Succeeded: This indicates that an Internet connection was made to the Web service and the synchronization process completed without error.
- Canceled: This indicates that you selected Cancel during a synchronization process. All data uploaded to the Web service, new transactions downloaded from the Web service, and/or new Web transactions processed before Cancel was selected will not be reversed.
- Skipped: This indicates that you could not log on to the Web Service successfully and selected Skip when prompted for Web Resource Logon Information.
- Failed: This indicates that the specified synchronization process failed. Click the Log button (described below) to determine why the process failed.
Log: (When available) click in the Results table to display a log that details the specified synchronization process. Information included in the log file is specific to the selected Web service synchronization process. Log information can help you determine how a Web transaction was synchronized, which Web transaction processed in Sage 50, why a Web transaction was not processed, or why the synchronization process failed.
- When you are ready, click Finish to close the wizard. Go to the Sage 50 Web Transaction Center to review new transactions encountered during the synchronization process.
