The Convert a Company window allows you to select the type of company you want to convert to Sage 50. You can convert QuickBooks or DacEasy companies.

How do I get to the Convert a Company window

  1. Select File.
  2. Then select Convert a Company.
  3. On the Convert a Company window, select the radio button next to the company type that you want to convert and click OK.

Note: You can also select Convert from another accounting program from the Other Tasks area of the Start Screen. To see the Start Screen, close all open companies.

For QuickBooks, you can convert companies from versions 2014-2016.

For DacEasy, you can covert companies from versions 2012, 2013, and 2014.
