Find Transactions (window)
You can easily search for transactions in Sage 50 based on criteria that you enter.
How do I get to the Find Transactions window?
- From the Edit menu, select Find Transactions.
Finding a transaction consists of three steps (as noted on the Find Transactions window):
- Select a Filter range.
- Click the Find button to search for specific transactions.
- The search results list displays all transactions Sage 50 found based on your search criteria. If transactions are found, select and display a transaction from the search results.
- If desired, select the Print toolbar button to print the Find Transactions report; it reproduces the list of transactions displayed at the bottom of the window. For an explanation of the abbreviations used in the list, see Transaction-Type Abbreviations below. The Print button also offers the Preview button as a drop-down option. Choose this to see an onscreen version of the Find Transactions report filtered according to the range selected in step 1.
