Enter a Manual Invoice

If you already have written a manual invoice for a customer and do not want to print it from Sage 50, follow these steps:

1. From the Tasks menu, select Sales/Invoicing.
2. When you enter the invoice, be sure to enter the reference number in the invoice number entry box. Otherwise, Sage 50 will print an invoice.
