The Find Transactions report lets you list Sage 50 transactions of all types. Besides being available from the Select a Report window under Company Reports, the report is also available from the Find Transactions window.
Options
Click the Options button to determine the data criteria for the reports you want to see or print. For this report Sage 50 displays the following filter options:
- Dates: You can select All, Range, This Period, Quarter, Month, Year, and to-date options.
- Sort by: You can sort by transaction date, type, reference number, ID number, or amount.
- Sort In Ascending Order: Select this if you want to list the transactions from lowest to highest according to your chosen report order.
- Select a filter: First, select a filter on the left. Then, define the options for that filter on the right. The options differ based on the filter selected. Tell me more about the types of filter options.
- Include Number of Transactions: Select this if you want to see the number of listed transactions appear at the bottom of the report.
