The Cash Requirements report shows by vendor how much you owe vendors at a given time.
Options
Select the Options button to determine the data criteria for the reports you want to see or print. For this report Sage 50 offers the following filter options:
- Date: You have the choice of reviewing outstanding balances for the Exact Date, This Period, or This Day. If you select the Exact Date, you can use the Date field to enter a date.
- Sort by: You have the choice of sorting the report by vendor ID, vendor name, invoice due date, or discount date.
- Summarize Report: Select this check box to summarize your balance with each vendor, rather than showing all transactions with each vendor.
- Select a filter: First, select a filter on the left. Then, define the options for that filter on the right. The options differ based on the filter selected. Tell me more about the types of filter options.
