You can easily change your company name at any time in Sage 50.

Note: Entering a new name here does not mean you are entering a new company, it merely means you are changing the name of an existing company. To enter a new company, from the File menu, select New Company.

  1. From the Maintain menu, select Company Information. Sage 50 displays the Maintain Company Information window.
  2. Enter a new value in the Company Name field.

    You can enter up to 30 characters for the company name. This field is required; therefore it cannot be blank.

  3. Change other company information, if necessary. When finished, click OK.

    The company now reflects your new company name. The next time you start Sage 50, the Sage 50 main window title bar will display your new company name.
