Raise History Fields

The following field information is intended to assist those who design reports for Sage 50 using Crystal Reports.

Filename: RAISEHST.DAT

RAISEHST.DAT is the employee raise history file. If you are using Sage 50 Pro Accounting or Sage 50 Premium Accounting, the information below is entered or displayed in the General tab of the Maintain Employees/Sales Reps window. If you are using Sage 50 Premium Accounting, most of the information below is entered or displayed in the Raise History window.

Indexes and Their Uses

This file has the following two keys:

0 = By Employee Record Number, Raise Date, and then Pay Rate Index

1 = By GUID

Fields

The following table shows the fields available in the RAISEHST.DAT file and includes the type and size in number of bytes of each field.

RaiseDate

Date

Date of the employee's raise. In Sage 50 Pro Accounting and Sage 50 Premium Accounting, this information is entered in the Last Raise Date field on the General tab of the Maintain Employees/Sales Reps window. In Sage 50 Premium Accounting, this information is entered in the Raise Date field of the Raise History window.

Rate

Hourly or salary pay level entered in the Applicable Rate field in the Raise History window. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting and higher)

GUID

UBinary

GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) used for linking Raise History table.

BaseAmount

Float

Base amount of pay, as displayed in the Base Amount field in the Raise History window. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting and higher)

RaiseAmount

Raise amount, as displayed in the Raise Amount field in the Raise History table. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting and higher)

RaisePercent

Raise percentage, as displayed in the Raise Percentage field in the Raise History window. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting and higher)

Total of the base amount, plus the raise amount. This information appears in the New Amount field in the Raise History window. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting and higher)
