Totals everything owed as of the date selected. In batch or SmartPosting mode only posted items will be included in the balance.

Customer YTD Sales Amount

For the current fiscal year, totals all transactions from the sales column on the History tab

Customer Aging Category 1 Summary

Displays the outstanding balance for the first aging period based on settings on the Customer Defaults Account Aging tab and the Write Letters filter "as of" date.

Customer Aging Category 2 Summary

Displays the outstanding balance for the second aging period based on settings on the Customer Defaults Account Aging tab and the Write Letters "as of" date.

Customer Aging Category 3 Summary

Displays the outstanding balance for the third aging period based on settings on the Customer Defaults Account Aging tab and the Write Letters filter "as of" date.

Customer Aging Category 4 Summary

Displays the outstanding balance for the fourth aging period based on settings on the Customer Defaults Account Aging tab and the Write Letters filter "as of" date.

Customer Aging Category 1 Detail

Displays the outstanding open transactions (unpaid and partially paid) for aging period 1 based on settings on the Customer Defaults Account Aging tab and the Write Letters filter "as of" date. The detail field displays Date, Transaction Number, Transaction Amount and Days Overdue.

Customer Aging Category 2 Detail

Displays the outstanding open transactions (unpaid and partially paid) for aging period 2 based on settings on the Customer Defaults Account Aging tab and the Write Letters filter "as of" date. The detail field displays Date, Transaction Number, Transaction Amount and Days Overdue.

Customer Aging Category 3 Detail

Displays the outstanding open transactions (unpaid and partially paid) for aging period 3 based on settings on the Customer Defaults Account Aging tab and the Write Letters filter "as of" date. The detail field displays Date, Transaction Number, Transaction Amount and Days Overdue.

Customer Aging Category 4 Detail

Displays the outstanding open transactions (unpaid and partially paid) for aging period 4 based on settings on the Customer Defaults Account Aging tab and the Write Letters filter "as of" date. The detail field displays Date, Transaction Number, Transaction Amount and Days Overdue.

Customer Aging Balance All Detail

Displays the outstanding open transactions for all outstanding invoices based on settings on the Customer Defaults Account Aging tab and the Write Letters filter "as of" date. The detail field displays Date, Transaction Number, Transaction Amount and Days Overdue.

Customer Total Outstanding Invoices

Total number of outstanding invoices prior to and including the "as of date." Displayed as a single number.

Not from specific window; Lists items purchased by the customer during the specified time period. Lists Transaction Date, Transaction Number, Item ID, Short Item description. This field will only show above data if a range of items are selected for Sold Items on the Write Letters filter.
