AI Document Capture1 in Sage 50 provides a highly accurate and intelligent way to extract and classify vendor invoices and credit notes2, reducing manual data entry and freeing up time for you to focus on your business.
How it works
Simply upload documents or images to AI Document Capture, which extracts and classifies the information into ready-to-post transactions in Sage 50.
Credit usage
Each transaction you post with AI Document Capture will cost one credit. A Sage 50 cloud subscription includes the entry credit tier, which comes with 25 credits that reset monthly. To get more credits, additional fees may apply. Credits are not refunded if posted transactions are reversed, and the number of credits you have is displayed in the AI Document Capture window.
