Manage Delivery Settings for Payslips
During the initial setup, you can select a delivery setting for online payslips.1 This setting determines how and when payslips are uploaded to Sage HR and when they are revealed to employees.
Delivery Options
- Automatically upload payslips right after processing paycheques.
- Automatically upload payslips and make available on the paycheque date.
- Manually upload payslips and set an available date.
Tip: The first option is recommended because there is no guesswork or manual intervention involved. You process the payroll.
To modify delivery settings after setup:
- In the Home window, click Employees & Payroll on the navigation pane.
Note: You can access this service on the Apps & Services tab of the navigation pane.
- Click the Employees icon and select Manage Delivery Settings.
- Select a delivery setting.
