Delete a customer record

  • Make sure you have a plan that allows for processing credit cards.
  • Obtain a merchant ID and merchant key when you open a merchant account with Paya.
  • A customer record must have at least one credit card before you can select a default.

To select a default credit card for a customer:

  1. Open the customer's record.
    1. In the Home window, click Customers & Sales on the navigation pane.
    2. In the Tasks pane, right-click the Customers icon and select Modify Customer from the menu.
    3. Select a customer from the list and click OK.
  2. Select a credit card in the Credit Card Name list, and then select Default Credit Card.
  3. Click Save and Close.
