Clear Paid Customer Transactions

To clear transactions that have been paid:

  1. Print the Customer Aged report.
  2. Back up your data files.
  3. In the Home window on the Maintenance menu, choose Clear Data, then Clear Paid Transactions, and finally Clear Paid Customer Transactions.
  4. If you want to clear paid transactions for inactive customers as well, check the Include Inactive Customers box.
  5. In the Select Customers box, select the customers for which you want to clear data. Click the Select All button to select all customers.
  6. To clear lookup data for these transactions, check the Clear Lookup Data for All Paid Transactions box.
  7. Enter the date up to and on which you want to clear.
  8. Click OK.
