Add, Change, or Remove a Linked Account for Invoices and Receipts

In this window, you can choose the linked accounts you want to track foreign currency and accounts receivable transactions, as well as freight revenue, early payment sales discounts, and deposits and prepaid orders.

To add change, or remove a linked account for invoices and receipts:

  1. In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Customers & Sales, Linked Accounts, and then Invoices and Receipts.
  2. Select an account to use with:
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Default Revenue
    • Freight Revenue
    • Early payment Sales Discount
    • Deposits and Prepaid Orders
    • Online Payment Receivable
    • Online Payment Fees
  3. Click OK.

Remove a linked account for invoices and receipts

  1. In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Customers & Sales, Linked Accounts, and then Invoices and Receipts.
  2. Select the linked account you want to remove and press Backspace.
  3. Click OK.
