Add, Rename, or Remove a Module's Additional Information Boxes
To add, rename, or remove a module's Additional Information boxes:
- In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open the module you want to change the Additional Information boxes for and select Names.
 - Type the label you want to use for the information you will be entering in the information box. For example, you might call a box "Created on" if you want to know when an account was added to your books.
 - Click OK.
 
- In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open the module you want to change the Additional Information boxes for and select Names.
 - Clear the text from the information box you want to remove from the records.
 - Click OK.
 
Note: These changes affect all records in a module.
