Easy Align Cheque Forms
Easy Align cheque forms are designed to conform to business cheque specifications (for electronic image clearing) outlined in the Canadian Payments Association's document, Standard 006, Part A. You can order your cheques from the Services Menu in Sage 50 Accounting.
You can modify the font type and size on these forms, but where boxes must meet strict specifications (for example, the payee), Sage 50 Accounting corrects the print settings on the cheque to prevent you from printing invalid cheques. For example, Easy Align forms will always print the date in the DDMMYYYY format on the cheque. However, the date format in the cheque stub will use the print settings you select.
