Calculate Accrued Vacation Pay
                                
                                
                                
                                    - Open the Income tab in the employee record. 
How?- In the Home window, click Employees & Payroll on the navigation pane.
 - In the Tasks pane, right-click the Employees icon and select Modify Employee from the menu.  
 - Select an employee from the list and click OK.
 - Click the Income tab.
 
 
                                    - Select the Calculate Vacation On Vacation Paid check 
 box.
 
                                    - Enter the vacation 
 pay rate in the percentage box. You do not need to enter a value if you 
 have already entered a pay rate for retaining 
 vacation pay.
 
                                    - On the File menu, 
 select Save.
 
                                    - Close the Employee 
 Records window.
