Print Relevé 1 Slips
                                
                                
                                
                                
                                    - In the Home window, 
 on the Reports menu, choose Payroll, then 
 choose Print Relevé 1 Slips.
 
                                    - In the Select 
 Year section, select the year you want to print.
 
                                    - Select an employee 
 or employees from the list (or choose Select All 
 to include all employees). If you need to print RL-1 slips for inactive 
 employees, select the Include Inactive Employees 
 check box, and then select the inactive employees in the list.
 
                                    - In the Form Type list, click Original if you want to print original RL-1's, click Amended if you want to print modified RL-1's, or click Cancelled if you want to print cancelled RL-1's.
 
                                    - To print copy 1 of the Relevé 1 slip to submit it to Revenu Quebec, 
			
- Select the Print Revenu Quebec copy 1 (not required for electronic filing) box.
 - In the Transmitter No: field, enter the transmitter number assigned to you by the Groupe de promotion de l'EDI et d'acquisition de données électroniques. This 6-digit number will be included in the barcode printed on the RL-1 slip.
 
 
                                    - To print RL-1 slips 
 for your employees (copies 2 and 3), select the Print employee copies 
 check box.
 
                                    - To print a summary of the Relevé 1 slips printed, 
 select the Print Totals check box. The summary 
 provides income and deduction totals for the slips printed. It appears 
 on the last RL-1 slip you print.
 
                                    - Click 
 OK.
 
                                    - In the RL-1 Box 
 Options window, from the list in the Benefits (Quebec) 
 box, select a letter you use to track private health insurance.
 
                                    - Click 
 OK.
            
 
                                    - (Optional) 
 Missing or correct company and employee information can be entered 
 in your company information and in the employee’s 
 record respectively.
