Select a Customer's Default Shipping Address

To select a default shipping address for a customer:

1. Open the Ship-to Address tab in the customer record.
   How?

   1. In the Home window, click Customers & Sales on the navigation pane.
   2. In the Tasks pane, right-click the Customers icon and select Modify Customer from the menu.
   3. Select a customer from the list and click OK.
   4. Click the Ship-to Address tab.
2. Select an address in the Address Name list, and then select Default ship-to address.

Note: The default shipping address can be a customer's mailing or shipping address. The selected address remains the default until you select another address.

3. Click Save and Close.
