View, Rename, or Remove Sage One Categories
When you first connect Sage 50 Accounting to Sage One, you can see the existing categories in your Sage One company. You may want to change the name or number of some categories in your Sage One company so they match your Sage 50 Accounting accounts. If some categories are not used in Sage One, you can remove them.
To rename or renumber categories:
- Click the Rename and Renumber button on the account setup to open the Rename and Renumber Sage One Categories window.
- Select the categories that you want to rename or renumber in Sage One.
- Enter a new name or number in their respective fields.
- Click OK to return to the account setup.
