Before you can perform this task
Make sure you have a plan that allows for processing credit cards.
Obtain a merchant ID and merchant key when you
open a merchant account
with
Paya
.
A customer record must have at least one credit card before you can select a default.
To select a default credit card for a customer:
Open the customer's record.
How?
In the Home window, click
Customers & Sales
on the navigation pane.
In the Tasks pane, right-click the
Customers
icon and select
Modify Customer
from the menu.
Select a customer from the list and click
OK
.
Select a credit card in the
Credit Card Name
list, and then select
Default Credit Card
.
Click
Save and Close
.
