Print the Subtotal on Quotes, Orders, or Invoices
Before you can perform this task
- For sales quotes, turn on the quote feature for customers
- For sales orders, turn on the order feature for customers
- For purchase orders, turn on the quote feature for vendors
To print a subtotal calculated before freight charges and sales taxes on sales invoices
- In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
- On the left side of the window, click Invoices, Sales Orders, Sales Quotes, or Purchase Orders.
- Select the Print subtotal box.
- Click OK.
