Import a File Formatted for Sage 50 Accounting

To import a file formatted for Sage 50 Accounting:

1. In the Home window, from the File menu, choose Import/Export, and then Import Records.
2. Select the Sage 50 Accounting import format option and click Next.
3. (Optional) To back up your data, click Back Up.
4. Type the location of the file(s) you want to import, or use Browse to navigate to the file(s). You can import files simultaneously for:
• Accounts
• Vendors
• Customers
• Employees
• Inventory
• Projects
• To import the selected file(s), click Next.
5. Click Finish.
