Import or Export a Price List

Switch to single-user mode (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)

1. In the Home window, on the File menu, choose Import/Export, and Import Records.
2. Check Import Price Lists and click Next.
3. (Optional) To back up your company, click Back Up. When the backup is finished, click Next.
4. Enter the location of the file you want to import, or click Browse to navigate to the location, and click Next.
5. Review the Import log for errors. Click Print if you need to fix an entry. If the import was successful, click OK .
6. Click Finish to close the wizard.

1. In the Home window, on the File menu, choose Import/Export, and Export Records.
2. Check Export price lists and click Next.
3. Enter a name for the file you are exporting.
4. Enter the destination that you want the file to be saved to or click Browse to navigate to a destination and click Next.
5. If you use more than one currency, choose which currency you want the prices exported in.
6. Choose the types of items you want to export prices for, Inventory, or Service, or both.
7. Add a check mark next to the items you want to export by clicking the box. Click Select All to choose everything in the list.
8. If you want to include inactive items, check the box.
9. Click Next.
10. Add a check mark next to the price list(s) you want to export by clicking the box. Click Select All to choose everything in the list.
11. Click Next.
12. Click Finish.
