Import a Bank Statement

To import bank statements:

Note: After you download a statement, rename the downloaded file in Windows Explorer. If you do not rename it, the downloaded file will be overwritten by the next downloaded statement.

  1. If you are working:
    • In the Home window, from the File menu, choose Import/Export, and then Import Online Statements.
    • In the Account Reconciliation window, select the account you want to reconcile. Then, choose Import Online Statements Import Online Statements icon from the toolbar or Reconciliation menu.

      • Note: You can also import bank statements in the Match Transactions window.

  2. Follow the instructions in the Import Online Statements wizard.
  3. Click Finish. The Match Transactions window opens.

    4. Note: From the File menu, click Print to print the report. Keep it in a safe place.
