Turn on the packing slips feature

To print a packing slip:

  1. Enter the sales invoice but do not process it.
  2. (Optional) To preview the packing slip, on the right side of the toolbar click the arrow beside Preview Preview Form button and select Print Preview For Packing Slip.
  3. To print the packing slip, click the arrow beside Print Print icon and select:
    • Print Packing Slip
    • Print Invoice and Packing Slip

    Note: To print this and other packing slips from other sales transactions at the same time, see Print Transactions In Batches. If you decide to batch print the packing slip, click Process.

  4. Click Process to process the sales invoice.
