You need a service plan that includes the Copy and Create a New Transaction option.

To copy a transaction and create a new one:

  1. Look up the transaction you want to use for the copy.
  2. In the transaction window, click the Copy and create new transaction button on the toolbar. You can also open the transaction menu and select Copy and Create New.
  3. Make the necessary changes to the transaction.
  4. Click Process.
